Matthew bayma

Matt brings over sixteen years of criminal and civil litigation experience. 

Matt is licensed to practice law in Colorado (state and federal court) and has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in a number of different contexts, including personal injury, insurance disputes, construction defect, and commercial law. 

In addition to his civil litigation experience, Matt also highly knowledgeable in criminal law, having served for several years as the San Miguel County Deputy District Attorney. 

Matt likewise advises home owners' associations and their members on legal issues and assists contractors with legal matters including drafting agreements and mechanics liens. 

Matt focuses on representing clients in San Miguel County, Montrose County, Ouray County, La Plata County, Delta County, Mesa County, and Montezuma County, where he can provide local, hometown representation in a variety of legal matters. 

Matt is the current board president for Bright Futures and is the Secretary for the San Miguel County Planning Commission. 

His extensive litigation experience allows him to provide efficient and effective representation to a wide spectrum of clients.
