Autumn Scardina has been practicing law since 2004. After a decade of successfully representing large corporations and governmental entities as a trial attorney, she opened Scardina Family Law to seize the opportunity to apply her passion for advocacy, tenacity for problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills to help improve the lives of individuals in a more direct way.
Todd Scardina has been practicing law since 2008. In the early stages of his career, he handled a wide variety of legal issues, representing clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies and large insurance companies. He quickly excelled as an advocate, displaying a unique ability to balance compassion and professionalism with tough, honest and zealous advocacy, which he now uses for the benefit of his clients. His broad legal base and creative approach to problem solving provides him a unique ability to foresee issues and avoid pitfalls in any number of matters, including family law, personal injury, insurance disputes, business litigation, and beyond.
Matthew Bayma has been practicing since 2009. After over a decade working as insurance defense counsel for most major insurers, Matt has invaluable insight into how to obtain the results you deserve in personal injury and civil litigation cases of all types. In addition to helping Scardina Law's clients with civil matters, Matt currently serves as the Deputy District Attorney for San Miguel County and heads Scardina Law's Telluride, Colorado law office, allowing us to provide local counsel to the Telluride, San Miguel, Ouray, Montrose, Grand Junction, La Plata, and surrounding communities.
